JP Mortgages was founded in 2022 by James Paterson, not because there was a gap in the market, but because there was a gap in the community. James had spent years building his career in finance broking and knew that people on the Fleurieu deserved access to the same level of expert, personalised mortgage advice as anyone in the city.
What started as a one-person operation has grown into a team of seven (four experienced brokers and three dedicated support staff) all working together to make the home loan process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
